The Yearbook of the "Rotterdamsch Nieuwsblad" - Wie, Wat, Waar 1941
has two pages with burgees.
Baarnsche Watersportvereniging "De Eem", Baarn - orange burgee
with a yellow diamond with the club's Coat of Arms.
The club was founded 20 Mar 1923, but not a trace of the burgee - and
I haven't a clue what's on the Coat of Arms...

Watersportvereniging De Eemkruisers, Amersfoort, Utrecht province, after
image on this website - white
burgee; two hoist triangles; over all through the center a narrow blue
stripe; on top letter E; in bottom letter K.
The club was founded 16 Jun 1952. I guess this is only for motorboats.

Watersportvereniging Eemland-Baarn (Utrecht province), after image on
this
site: red over blue burgee with at the center a blue diamond charged
with a white E (there is room for reconsideration as the colors are rather
vague: red might be orange, and
the bottom stripe might be green or even black...)

Watersportvereniging De Eendracht, Spakenburg, in Bunschoten municipality,
Utrecht, after, after image on this
website: burgee with blue hoist, charged with vertical white letters
WSV; fly hor. orange - white - orange; white charged with "EENDRACHT" in
blue. The club was founded 19 Jan 1966, and took its name (Eendracht
= Unity) from the local fisher's association "De Eendracht".
Bunschoten and Spakenburg are twin villages, but still retain their
old identity. Until the beginning of the 20th century people wore different
costumes, and until this day the meeting of the Saturday-soccer teams are
gruelling fights.
