A flag of Susticacán is white with the coat of arms centered upon it. I actually couldn't find an image of that flag for this current administration.

The coat of arms of Susticacán was adopted on 12 July 1994. It was designed by Municipal Chronicler Gustavo Javier Vásquez Díaz and the artist Felipe Neri Loera Pérez. It was adopted through a request by the Municipal President and Council to the chronicler. A scroll is placed over the shield. In the upper-left, a head of cattle for cattle-raising; to the upper-right, a cob of corn in its husk for agriculture. To the sides of the inner section shaped similarly to an arrowhead, the words "CAÑADA FUERTE PALMAS FLORIDAS". [Strong Canyon, Flowering Palms]. The upper part of the inner section depicts the origin of the municipal name; yucca plants flowering and mountains in the distance (ravine). Above are the sun and moon. In the lower section, a missionary and monk evangelizing an Indian warrior with a bow and arrow; below, the year 1562 marks this, the foundation of the town by Andrés Melchor.
