It appears Jiménez del Teúl does not use a municipal flag.

The coat of arms of Jiménez del Teúl was adopted in 1997 after a call for submissions was launched by the council. At the bottom, SAN ANDRES TIERRA DE DIOSES [San Andres Land of Gods] is read, the original name. In its border on the upper half, arrows, a bow, and axes are seen; these are tools used by the Indians. The upper area depicts, over the sky, a ribbon carried by two eagles forming its fauna that reads JIMENEZ DEL TEUL. Below are the years 1591, its foundation, and 1857, when it became a municipality. Above is Saint Andrew carrying an X-shaped cross, as he is the patron saint of the Municipality and is the reason for its original name. The background depicts the Mesa de los Cielos and the Cerro de la Santa Cruz, with the sun setting behind. In the lower area, the captain Miguel de Caldera grants the land to the Chichimeca chief and Tlaxcalans (Lucas de Montealegre to the right). Under this, from left to right: a man panning for gold (mining), a head of cattle (cattle-raising industry), group of trees (environment), agave plant (distillery), and cactus (flora). At the bottom, an opening into a mine with tracks and a crossed pick and shovel.
