The flag of the President of the Parliament (Sabor is square, red with an emblem in canton.
The emblem is a gray/silver vertical oval bordered with a yellow triple wattle consisting of 20 curls. In the oval there is the coat of arms of Croatia above the letters "RH". The size of the oval, to the edges of the wattle, is approximately 41% of the hoist in height and 32% in width. The space from the oval's top to the top of the flag is 10% and from hoist to the oval 5%.

The flag of the Prime Minister is square, white bordered with blue with the same oval emblem as on the flag of the President of the Parliament. The width of the blue border is 5% of the flag's hoist. The oval is of the same size as above, offset from top, too, and offset from hoist approximately by 12%.

The flag of a Staff Admiral (Stožerni admiral, or Admiral of the Fleet, equal to rank of a 5-star General) is square, blue with a red, outer border and a white, inner border, each being 1/16th of the flag's hoist size, as on the flags of a General and of the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy. In the middle of the flag there is another red and white bordered blue square, the size of it together with borders being 1/2 of the flag's hoist, the borders being 1/32 each, that is, half the outer borders. In the middle of the blue field is the coat of arms of Croatia with two crossed anchors, as on the naval ensign and jack, the emblem being approximately 1/4 of the flag size in width.

The flag of an Admiral is square, blue with a border of red, white and blue squares, 20 along each edge, as on the flag of the Minister of Defence. In the middle of the flag there is a white square, 1/3 of the flag's hoist in size, bordered with the same set of squares appropriately smaller: the size of the white field only, not including the border, is 1/3 of the flag's hoist size). In the middle of the white field there is the coat of arms and anchors, of the same size as on the Staff Admiral's flag, that is c. 1/4 in width.

The flag of a General is square, red with a white orle or inner border, and with the emblem of a General in the middle.
The emblem is the same as the emblem of the Minister of Defense, but without the letter "M". The width of the white orle and of the red border around it is 1/16 of the flag's hoist. This flag is for use on naval ships for generals of all, five ranks.
