The pennant of the Commander of a Fleet (Zapovjednik flote) is a trapezoidal pennant in proportions 1:2. The fly edge is 1/3 of the hoist's size. The field is blue, bordered with a wide, outer red border and a thin, inner white border. The width of the red border is 5% of the hoist size and the white border is half of it (2.5%). In the blue field is the national coat of arms with two anchors, its vertical axis being placed half of the hoist size from the hoist. The height of the emblem is 1/2 of the hoist.

The pennant of the Commander of a Brigade (Zapovjednik brigade) is a trapezoidal pennant, as above, all blue with the coat of arms and anchors. The size of the symbol is 1/2 of the hoist, and its vertical axis is closer to the hoist than above; it is shifted to the hoist 7.5% of the hoist's size, that is for the width of the two borders in the above pennant.

The pennant of the Commander of a Division (Zapovjednik divizijuna) is a trapezoidal pennant, as above, white with a blue border, 5% of the flag's hoist in width, with the coat of arms and anchors as on the pennant of the Commander of a Brigade.

The pennant of the Commander of a Group (Zapovjednik odreda) is a trapezoidal pennant, as above, red with a white, inner border and with the coat of arms and anchors. The width of the border is 5% of the flag's hoist and the border of offset another 5% from the hoist.

Senior Commander

The pennant of the Senior Commander (Najstariji zapovjednik na sidrištu ili u luci) is a trapezoidal pennant, white with a red border, and the the coat of arms and anchor on the same position as on all previous pennants except the pennant of the Commander of the Fleet.

Commander of a Vessel

The war pennant is a triangular tricolor, red-white-blue, with the stripes getting thinner away from hoist and the Croatian coat of arms and crossed anchors. Proportions aer 1:10, and the vertical axis of the emblem is one hoist size away from the hoist's edge.
