Meinheim Coat of Arms

Shield Gules a church spire issuant Argent, flanked by two linden leaves addorsed Or.
Meaning:
The spire is a representation of the local belfry having three levels. It is the local landmark and the highest tower in the valley of the Altmühl River. The leaves are alluding to the Linden of Meinheim, standing alongside the way to Ehlheim. The tinctures are alluding to the Counts of Truhendingen,former local rulers.
