Nordheim Coat of Arms

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Azure a gridiron Argent, at sinister Argent a palm frond Gules in pale.
Meaning:
The arms are derived from a seal of the local court of justice from the 18th century, which displayed St. Lawrence, the local patron saint. He was replaced by his personal attribute, the gridiron, and a general attribute of martyrdom, the palm frond. The tinctures white and blue are those of Münsterschwarzach Abbey. Its reeves ruled the village between 1306 and 1803.

The arms were approved on 4 November 1970 by Minister of Interior of Bayern. The banner was due to its Bavarian colours white and blue never approved officially and is also not used by the municipality.
