On blue a scaled white cross, accompanied by four yellow oak leaves in the corners.

In 1923, the commune adopted the coat of arms of the seigneurs de Villette, with changed colours. In addition, four oak leaves were chosen as a symbol of the original name of the municipality, "Trois-Chênes" (Three-Oakes) and the four hamlets of the municipality: Thônex, Villette, Moillesulaz and Fossard.
