The Municipality

Deux-Montagnes is a regional county municipality in the Laurentides region of Quebec, Canada. It is located immediately north of Laval on the north shore of the Rivière des Mille-Îles and on the north shore of the Lake of Two Mountains. Its seat and largest city is Saint-Eustache.

Flag

I saw the MRC flag in March 2002. A narrow white stripe at the hoist with the county arms, the fly was blue with M.R.C. Deux-Montagnes in black-outlined yellow letters on at least two lines (unsure of details). The proportions of the hoist vs. fly were about 1:3 or 2:3
