The flag has the arms on a white canton. The rest of the field is burgundy on
the upper half, while the lower half is divided in two stripes of green and
blue.

Only half the flag is shown (the other half is folded back). I would note
that the town website at
http://ville.saint-eustache.qc.ca/fr/accueil has a link to a page about the
municipal symbols (http://www.ville.saint-eustache.qc.ca/fr/PDF/Cahier%20normes%20St-Eus05.pdf),
wherein the flag is described as the having the arms on a white field (p. 13)

The arms of Saint-Eustache, designed by notary Victor Morin, were adopted by
the Municipal Council in February 1954.
The left part evokes, through the
church, Saint-Eustache's religious and political history.
The right part
evokes, through the base, soil fertility. The region's vigor and resources are
represented nu the oak that gave its name to the river irrigating the area.
The base symbolizes Rivière des Milles Îles (Thousand Islands River), a spillway
of Lac des Deux-Montagnes.
The Latin motto "Deus nobis otia fecit" ("A
God gives us these pleasures") us a slightly modified quote from Virgil (Bucolics,
I, 6). The motto was translated in French by the Municipal Council upon request
by the Permanent Commission for the Relationship with the Citizens. The
translation, which respects the original meaning, reads "God gives us this place
of peaceful life".

I have also seen a variant without the city name.

The logo, adopted in 2005, is a modernization of the
original logo adopted in 1986.
The two flying swallows are represented in a more
stylized manner and the Dax typeface is "more actual".
Doves are part of the
town' heritage, being abundant in the region due to the numerous green spaces
and waterways. The united greater and smaller swallows represent the town's dynamism
and family.
The blue color is prescribed as Pantone 542, CMYK 100-57-0-38
and RGB 0-51-102.
