Flag of "Centrobalt" (1917-1918).
Željko Heimer, 11 Apr 1999, quoting from
Flag-znamya korablya,
07 Mar 1999
Centrobalt is an abbreviation of
Central Commettee of Baltic Fleet, for
which the letters CKBF also stand.
Norman Martin, 13 Mar 1999
Flag of Military-operational division of Centrobalt (1917-1918).
Željko Heimer, 11 Apr 1999, quoting from
Flag-znamya korablya,

The letters SFRR are for "Svobodniy Flot Rossiiskoy Respubliki",
Free Fleet of the Russian Republic.
Norman Martin, 13 Mar 1999
The initials SFRR are made in very artistic way (like a proper cyfer
should be, I guess) and it is not easy to represent them from a small
image in the source site. What I have made is a sketch representing
the position of these letters, and not necesserily the exact shape.
Željko Heimer, 07 Dec 1999
I guess that this flag was made by applying red letters to existing
flags of the fleet commander (1899-1917).
António Martins, 02 Sep 2001
The flag of Military-operational division of Centrobalt (1917-1918)
is not red [as shown on 07 Mar 1999 at
Flag-znamya
korablya, Russian Navy website]. It is white in fact.
