Groupe Louis-Dreyfus (English: Louis Dreyfus Group) is a multinational trading group founded by Léopold Louis-Dreyfus in 1851. Originally headquartered in Alsace, it is now formally constituted as Louis Dreyfus Company B.V. (Besloten Vennootschap), in Amsterdam and it specializes in agricultural raw materials (especially grain) trading, but now has expanded to cover carbon Solutions, coffee, cotton, freight, food & feed solutions, grains & oilseeds, juice, rice, sugar and global markets. Its maritime transportation line of business was started since 1890 (other sources mention 1893) and it was renamed LOUIS DREYFUS ARMATEURS (LDA) in 1965."

Presentation of Louis Dreyfus TravOcean

Travocean (Travel Ocean) is a private company which was incorporated in Marseille in 1977 to meet the local and international demand for marine engineering works. In 1998 it becomes Louis Dreyfus TravOcean (formerly named LD TravOcean) and a 100% subsidiary of LOUIS DREYFUS ARMATEURS (LDA) and was renamed LD TRAVOCEAN, and then Louis Dreyfus TravOcean in 2013.
Louis Dreyfus Travocean has 3 subsidiaries : Travocean M.E.(Middle East) in United Arab Emirates, Louis Dreyfus Travocean B.V.(Besloten Vennootschap) in the Netherlands and LD (Louis Dreyfus) Travocean Australia in Australia.

The flag follows the same pattern as LD Cetam, that is: a horizontal background featuring an outter blue rim, followed by an inner white rectangular space and in the white rectangle it featured a red diamond with the company's name in the middle in white and on the corners (top left and bottom right), the organization's initials in blue.
