Unfortunately those infos will be available in my

only in 2001 (next millenium).

It is a white ~2:3 flag with a large emblem centered on it. This shows a
Hermes’ head looking to the hoist and a partly visible slanted
Hermes’ rod all within a red ring with
black sans-serif capitals reading «Academía
Diplomática» and covering the bottom part of it an
open book with the words «del Peru» on its pages,
set in black serifed capitals.
