Per chevron Gules and Or a lion rampant of the First flanked by two pierced mullets Argent on a chief of the Third three roses in pale of the First seeded of the Second and barbed Vert.

On 1 January 2006 Lully merged with the communes of Bollion and Seiry (see below).

The star-shaped devices on the emblem are spur wheels. They are adopted from the emblem of the former Lords of Font and Molière. It appears also in the emblems of the Fribourg communes of e.g. Châbles, Châtillon, Estavayer, Font, Ménières or Murist.
