Shield Argent, a castle Gules with two towers with cone roofs topped by crosslets Sable.
Meaning:
The arms are based on a municipal seal from the 18th century of St. Ulrich, which had been incorporated into Bollschweil in 1974. The same pattern was used also on municipal stamps from the 19th century. It is not known, whether the building had been, as blazoned, a castle of the Snewlin kin from Bernlapp, local rulers in the 14th century, or a church, dedicated to St.Hilarius.
