It's a very dark blue triangular flag with a thin white orle all around and lettering "Sandefjord Seilforening" set in two lines of sans serif condensed white capitals; flywise from this text block, the club's emblem thinly fimbriated in white. Very oblong ratio, around 3:8. The footage reported by Toma suggests a hoist-fly length of over 1 m.

The sailing website SailRaceSystem.NO uses a different flag to indicate this club in its tables: The emblem on a white triangular (~1:2) flag: https://sailracesystem.no/regattasystem/foreninger/18/Sandefjord-SF.jpg

The emblem itself is a representation of a flag – a very different one: dark
red, non-tapering, with a relatively shallow triangular cutout at the fly,
featuring a stylized drakkar in dark amber filled in white. This might
have been an actual flag or even only the representation of one used as the
club's emblem (a flagoid).

Finally at the mast peak
of the drakkar itself there is a featureless pennant, drawn in the same
dark amber (golden) shade.
