The Band

Wenatchi is one of 12 tribes that are creating The Confederated Tribes of Colville Reservation, WA.

The p’squosa (Wenatchi) Tribe are a non-federally recognized tribe that once called this land home in what is currently known as Wenatchee, Cashmere, Leavenworth, Lake Wenatchee in Washington State. Our language is nxa?amxc?ín. The Icicle River once flowed red with salmon. The Wenatchee, Icicle and Columbia River are important to the p’squosa.
