The statute (at http://cisv.it/verde/presentazione.html) defines in Art. 15 the symbols:
"Articolo 15. Gli emblemi. – Il CISV dispone di propri simboli: lo stemma, la
bandiera e la coccarda. Lo stemma in scudo ovato a bordo d’oro è di verde, alla
“V” d’oro movente dalla punta e accompagnata in capo da una foglia d’edera dello
stesso. La bandiera sociale è inquartata in verde (1° e 4°) e in rosso (2° e 3°)
da una croce attraversante bianca, caricata in centro, all’intersezione dei
bracci, dello stemma suddetto. La coccarda unisce i colori italiani a quelli
sociali ed è verde-giallo-rosso-bianco-verde. Detti simboli non possono essere
usati privatamente in nome dell’Associazione senza la dovuta autorizzazione del
Presidente. Possono comparire sulla carta intestata solo in lettere ufficiali.

The president's flag exists only in table size (about 95x145 mm), as far as I
can see.

(All Conventions are labelled in Roman Numerals and Italian, as for example
the 10th Convention, formally called "X Convegno Nazionale del CISV")

II National Convention of the CISV (Florence, June 2, 1996)
image provided by CISV, 14 January 2018
The cockade (http://www.cisv.it/coccar2.gif)

later it would become the official one of the Center. Again, made by Wanda
Ziggioto.

III National Convention of the CISV (Florence, June 1, 1997)
image provided by CISV, 14 January 2018
The 1997 rosette (http://www.cisv.it/coccar3.gif)
consisted instead of a yellow-green ribbon with two tricolor ribbon tails". This
one was also made by Wanda Ziggioto. The cockades ended involuntarily to
characterize the different editions of our meetings. In fact, Ms. Ziggioto
recalls that, in packaging them, she did not think of a specific symbol for the
conference, but a simple badge for CISV members, on the theme of social colors.
There were three different rosettes because there was no official model.

VII
National Convention of the CISV (Lucca, 2001)
image provided by CISV, 14 January 2018
The flag (http://www.cisv.it/luccac2.gif)
corresponded to the civic (coat of arms) of Lucca, with the addition of a "fan"
divided into seven yellow and green segments that indicated the number of the
conference, formed several times the initial V and recalled, thanks to the
curvilinear design, the emblem of CISV". It is during this Convention that the "President's

XVII National Convention of the CISV (Lucca, May 21-22,
2011)
image provided by CISV, 14 January 2018
The flag (http://www.cisv.it/viola/lucca11flag.gif)
is the civic flag of the host city, which was chosen to represent the
conference, "charged" by a branch of ivy that extends along the dividing line
between white and red. Just the ivy, a sign of hope and attachment, is the
symbol of CISV. The branch has seventeen leaves, as many as the editions of the
conferences. In the year of the 150th anniversary of the Unification of Italy,
the green of the leaves completes the trio of national colors.

XVIII
National Convention of the CISV 2012 (Bollate, May 26-27, 2012)
image provided by CISV, 14 January 2018
The flag (http://www.cisv.it/viola/boll12flag.gif)
is inspired by that of the province of Milan: along the inference is placed the
album vexillum cum cruce rubeum colorem habens, the municipality's motto since
the thirteenth century, here loaded in the canton of the biscione of
the Visconti. On the fly stands the golden eagle in a golden field, the
protagonist of the Visconti banners since the fourteenth century when the lords
of Milan obtained the Vicariate from the Empire. And on all these symbols that
recall the history of Milan, the emblem of the CISV.

with five golden lilies"), altered with the insertion of the CISV crest placed
at the highest peak of the mountain and with the replacement of three of the
five lilies under the label with the nineteenth in Roman numerals of the
