Poulsbo Yacht Club

A curious bit of history: The Grand Fourteen yacht clubs of Puget Sound were established in 1949. Yet, one of them, Poulsbo Yacht Club, was founded in 1956. So, what were they in the intervening years? The Not-quite As-grand Thirteen?

Either way:
Poulsbo Yacht Club was founded in 1956, in Poulsbo. Their home water is the Liberty Bay, and by way of Port Orchard, they connect to Puget Sound itself. They have a website: https://www.poulsboyachtclub.org
I've tried to draw the burgee they have there. However, the amount of detail can vary widely between images.

Burgee: broad pennant, blue, bordered blue, with in the fly a red vertical line with on it a narrow white line, the whole slightly dexter to sinister. In the hoist a Viking ship with sail but also using oars, riding on a bow wave, all white.
