Phi Beta Sigma

The Phi Beta Sigma fraternity in the United States, according to some photographs I found online, do have an official flag. However, I am not able to get a clear image of the flag so far. The photo at www.pbs1914.org/images/uploads/HMTM_3_Howard_speaks.jpg shows a blue panel to the hoist side of the flag and the rest of the flag is white. At the top, from what I see at that photo and www.pbs1914.org/images/uploads/HMTM_2_Bill-Howard-Hamm-Peter.jpg is the words "Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc." and in the middle seems to me being the crest of the fraternity which can be seen at www.chocolatecity.cc/wp-content/uploads/Phi%20Beta%20Sigma%20300.JPG. There is text at the bottom but there is no way I can read it.
