Description of the flag

What actual flag is being used by the U.S. General Services Administration right now seems up in the air. General Services Administration (GSA) is an independent agency of the United States government established in 1949 to help manage and support the basic functioning of federal agencies. GSA supplies products and communications for U.S. government offices, provides transportation and office space to federal employees, and develops government-wide cost-minimizing policies and other management task.

I have seen that the navy Logo flag with white letters is the General Services Administration (GSA) in use (see photo of current Administrator Emily Murphy, but one with a full seal seems to be for sale at flag companies (see the more elaborate seal flag photo with stars and pyramid.

This photo, from June 2019, shows a different flag: white field, with a centered blue square and a white GSA logo in the square.

GSA Flag 1989-

Since the earlier flag was reported as cancelled in 1989, I presume the current one is from 1989. But there is a photo from
Southwest Texas in August 2015 that shows the "1973-89" flag in navy color not UN blue being used.

Wikipedia has this image as the GSA Flag 1973-1989.

So after all this confusion I am not exactly which one is being used or several. the GSA HQ in DC seems to only fly the USA flag outdoors. But then several of the agencies only use their flags indoors or at events.

One would presume that the logo flag used by the agency administrator would be the current and official flag.
