Youngstown is a village in Niagara County, New York, USA. The population was 1,957 at the 2000 census. Youngstown is on the western edge of the town of Porter and is at the international border with Canada. The flag is divided in three fields following the shape of the letter "Y", all bordered in yellow, including the lines between fields. The first [upper] field shows an apple tree on a white background; the second [left] field shows a yacht on a blue background; and the third [right] field shows a cannon on a red field.
