It is dark red with a yellow border and the seal centered in yellow and black. The seal on the flag is closest to the version from 2010: https://www.facebook.com/CityofEuniceNM

A Eunice city flag was adopted in the year 1977 after a contest. In this
contest, there were 25 submissions with a panel of judges reviewing the flags.
The final decision on the flag was on March 22. Physical copies of the flag
appear to have arrived at the city by July. It is unknown if this is the current
city flag.
