Description of the flag

About the city:
"Edina is a city in Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States, and a first-ring suburb situated immediately southwest of Minneapolis. Edina began as a small farming and milling community in the 1860s and is today a 95 percent developed metropolitan community. The population was 47,425 at the 2000 census."

According to this photo from the city's website, the flag has been changed from the one shown on the FOTW page:
https://www.edinamn.gov/ImageRepository/Document?documentID=6389
The logo/symbol appears in the city seal. I reversed the colors and pasted the seal onto a green base.
The flag can be purchased from this page:

"The green nylon flags measure three feet by five feet, suitable for a standard residential flagpole. A portion of the City seal is screen-printed in the upper left corner on one side in white and gold ink. The City seal has Ireland's three-leaf shamrock which is there as a testimonial to the contributions, made by the Irish families of Edina's Cahill settlement. There were also Scottish settlers in northern Edina and so there is also the thistle that appears diagonally across from the shamrock. The stylized four-leaf clover graphic represents Highway 100 (north and south) and the Crosstown Highway (east and west). It also symbolizes the division of the city into its four quarters."
