Description of the flag

Sandwich is in Barnstable County, southeastern Massachusetts. The flag is dark blue with the town seal, bearing a yellow shield with three red devices, above the date of incorporation, below a ribbon with a motto, surrounded by a red-lined white ring with the town and state name.
