Description of the Flag

The flag is a dark blue field with a 1:1 white canton in the upper hoist side. In the canton is the city arms. In the fly side of the flag are three golden star. In the three stars contain the outlines of Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia. This represents how Middlesboro is located at the tri-point of the three states. The field color and the stars could represent space since Middlesboro is located in a meteorite crater.
