The former flag of the O'Brien County, Iowa, is horizontally divided green over white, where the green is much thinner. On the green stripe is written "O'BRIEN COUNTY" with white letters, and on the white stripe are positioned a plough and a shamrock. You can see the photo of the framed flag here: ocedcfocus.blogspot.com.
