Municipal flags in Muscatine County:

I have found a partial view of the flag for Muscatine County, Iowa. The flag has a white background and consists of a brown eagle(?), a shield of one star and many stripes, and a thin blue ribbon with the words "MUSCATINE COUNTY" in the middle segment and "1836" on the right segment. The left segment is obscured in the picture so I do not know if there is any text. The county seal (it's pretty basic) is also included.
