The image above is of a St. Pete Beach flag. When I visited St. Pete Beach about two years ago, I observed the seal contained on the flag images I have is also displayed on their street signs. Also, the St. Pete Beach flag I have was purchased from someone that bought out the remaining collection of the former Tumbling Waters Flag Museum established by Charles Brannon in Montgomery, Alabama - so my guess is that this is the authentic flag.

Flying above the Memory Walk at Upham Beach Park is the City's flag. The city was incorporated in 1957 with the consolidation of the Towns of Pass-a-Grille, Don CeSar, Belle Vista, St. Petersburg Beach and unincorporated Pinellas County to become the City of St. Petersburg Beach. In 1994, the citizens voted to shorten the name to St. Pete Beach to lessen the confusion with the City of St. Petersburg, located on the mainland to the east.
The flag is white with the logo depicting the name in front of a setting sun on it.
