Description of the flag

What I believe to be the municipal flag of Lakewood, Colorado can be seen throughout most this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDYE_5Q4YNs. It appears to have red stripes at top and bottom and a blue and white logo featuring sharp-peaked mountains.

I always remembered seeing this logo in official use on the street sweepers, police cruisers etc. I lifted it from the Lakewood Government's Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/lakewoodgov. I recall seeing flags with the logo, but I don't have any images of it.
