Flag Not Known

The website at shows a multicolored circular seal featuring a narrow yellow outer circle fimbriated black with the words 'TOWN OF PARKER' in small black capitals at the top and 'ARIZONA' written in the same manner at the bottom. The center features an Arizona state flag in its proper colors on a white staff bendwise in the foreground. At the top is a midnight-blue sky, beneath which is a range of mountains in the background; flowing past is the Colorado River in dark blue. In the center foreground is the control center of Parker Dam in black with yellow lights; this in turn rests on the dam spillway itself which is gray. At the foot of the dam is the white foam of the river flowing into Lake Havasu, whose waters are depicted in blue. Canyon walls in brown flank the dam on the right and left. The bottom fifth of the inner circle is divided from the scenic portion by a thin black line, and is colored the same shade of midnight blue as the sky at the top of the center portion. On this bottom section the date '1908' is written in black. A larger image of the Parker seal can be found at
