I found a flag for Rainbow City, Alabama. It consists of an arched rainbow
(like an 'n' shape) on a white background. Across the rainbow reaching both ends
of the flag is a blue rectangle slightly below center with the words "RAINBOW
CITY" in white and all caps. In the bottom-center reads "ALABAMA" in red. The
flag can be found at city hall on google maps streetview.

The overall ratio seems to be 2:3, but could be also be as wide as 3:5; it’s
not easy to ascertain the exact geometry, due to perspective. The letters
"ALABAMA" seem to be set in Gloucester Bold typeface, while
"RAINBOW CITY"
seems to be Cascade Script Std Medium. The rainbow motif seems to be widely used
locally, its obvious semantics matching the toponym 1:1 and overwhelming other
considerations, e.g.:
