The flag possibly has a ratio of 1:2. Going from left to right is a white box that takes up 60% of the flag, a light blue bar, and a medium blue bar. Inside the white section is a variant of the seal slightly above center. Below the seal is a white ribbon outlined in red. The ribbon's motto, written in light blue, is mostly obscured, with the only clear words being "A CITY THAT IS SET ON A HILL CANNOT BE HID". Below the ribbon is the year 1867 written in a color somewhere between the ones of the two bars towards the fly.
