"Flag of Vinnyts'ka oblast' was approved in July, 18, 1997.
There is a rectangular blue canvas with a ratio of the sides 3:2
on which a or sun and an argent cross, in the center of the cross
there is azure shield with argent half-moon. In the top and
bottom on 1/10 width of flag is a red stripes with a width of
1/10 from a width of the flag. On the opposite side sun and cross
are absent."

has a form of tetrahedral shield. In the first and fourth part
there is the or sun in an azure field, in the second and the
third part there is an argent cross in red field, in the center
of the cross there is azure shield with argent half-moon, with
horns turn to the left. Authors - G. Mel'nyk, U.Legun, U.
Savchuk."
