"It was confirmed by village council at July, 31, 1997. In an or field is sable vernier, in the vert chapter are two or hop cones. The authors are Yu.Terlets'kyi and A.Grechylo.
Vernier symbolizes the advanced machine engineering industry in Kvasyliv, and hop cones specify cultivation and processing of this culture and one of versions about an origin of the name of a settlement."
