"It was confirmed in November, 26th, 2002 by the decision #123 of VI city council session of XXIV convocation. The rectangular crimson panel with a parity of width to the length as 1:2 with two tails (which converge right angle), in the center is the arms of city."

"It was confirmed in November, 26th, 2002 by the decision #123 of VI city council session of XXIV convocation. Per pale by or ear on azure and or. The cossack in or clothes with a spear in hands; azure flower of periwinkle ("barvinok"). In the vert chief is or fortification with three towers and a paling.
Fortification and the cossack tell about the historical past and cossack traditions, and the flower specifies the name of settlement.
