"On the 12th of June 1991 town council session confirmed a
modern emblem: in the azure field the or heraldic point,
symbolizing the word "division", which gave the name to
the town. The sable sign on the or point is the ancient chemical
mark of sulfur. The letters "H" and "P" are
the first letters of the name of the town. The author -
A.Grechylo."
