"Per fess by argent arched fillet on azure and vert. Or eight-beam facetted star. Two argent goat heads side by side accompanied in chief by argent five-petal flower.
The star - symbol of Christmas (church of Christmas was built in 1780). Goat is attribute of Christmas celebratory and village name."
