Description of the flag

"The Tunisian OACA (l'Office de l'aviation civile et des aéroports, ديوان الطيران المدني والمطارات, Civil Aviation and Airports Office (Authority) is an organization that belongs to the Tunisian public sector. It is “responsible for the management, development, operation and maintenance of international airports, as well as regional and local control of air navigation and its services in the country". It is dependent on the Ministère du Transport (Transportation Ministry). It was established on July 3, 1970 as the OPAT (l’Office des Ports Aériens Tunisiens, Office of Tunisian Airports) and changing its name to its current form in 1998."
