I recently stumbled upon specifications (kinda) for the flag of the
Thailand Red Cross Society. The flag is the main logo on a white
background. The logo itself was adopted on 16 December 2003 at the
272nd General Meeting of the THRCS (pg 10 of the below pdf). There are
also color specifications listed for the logo; Red 485 C, Cool Gray 8
C and Brown 697 C (pg 11 of the above pdf). According to
their logo guide (page 19),
the flag is 80x120 CM (a larger, but common size sold in Thailand) but
can be made into any size as seem appropriate. However, there is no
size scale of the logo when it comes to the flag itself; using the PDF
as a guide is the logo height about 69%-70% of the flag's height.
