Description of the Flag

On the provincial public health office website, the flag shown nowadays for the province of Surat Thani is in a 3:5 ratio, red over yellow, with the seal in black lines on a light greenish disk in the middle. See: http://province.moph.go.th/suratthani/webpage/fdataaa.htm

According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Surat Thani was horizontally divided reddish orange on yellow, with the main emblem of the seal in blue (dark blue lines and light blue inside) in the center.
