White flag, a goshawk red, flanked by 9 red 5-point stars, one triplet above his head, two triplets beneath his spread wings, all flanked in base by dotted, unserifed, black initials "C.A.".

The company is acc. to source based in St. Michaels, probably São Miguel on the Açores archipelago. The translation of the name is "Azorean Load Carriers Shipping Company". The goshawk is a local Azorean symbol.
