The arms are Vert, on a fess wavy argent two barrulets wavy Azure, in chief two keys of Or and Argent in saltire with bendwise Or on top and in base a bunch of grapes Or leaved Argent. Mural crown aArgent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "S. PEDRO DA TORRE".
Meaning:
The toponym means "St. Peter of the tower", the former's attributes, the keys of Heaven, are present on the arms, while the latter, albeit very common in Portuguese local Heraldry, is absent in these arms, thus only partly canting.
António Martins-Tuválkin, 24/25 May 2010

Flag and arms adopted and published in the official journal Diário da República: III Série on 31 December 1996
