Coat of arms

Shield Argent, in chief scales Or balanced by a flamy sword Gules hilted Sable, in base a brick trowel Gules at dexter and a weaver's shuttle Gules with filament Or at sinister. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "LICEIA"
Sword and scales are attributes of St. Michael, the local patron saint.
