Scores of communes in Poland are allowed to include the language of the minority as an auxiliary one.
Gmina Cisek (Gemainde Czissek) is the latest one to join the list shown here (October 2008).

Cisek / Czissek - rural commune, Kędzierzyn-Koźle County, Opolskie Voivodship - former German name: Friedenau (1934-45); Name in Silesian dialect: Czyszki; very old name: Ciska
A typical agricultural commune (89 % of the land under cultivation). Not much happened there since 1241 besides wars, fires, foreign occupations and other minor mishaps.

Arms and flag adopted on February 17, 2003 (resolution # IV/19/2003).
"Arms: on the light-blue/green shield divided by silver waves there is a "golden fish" raising above the surface of the water and lifting up, on the yew-tree branch, the Upper Silesian eagle with red and gold princely mitre on its head. Above the shield, in the wreath of the yew-tree branches, is an eight-pointed silver cross on the red shield and the date "1241" - first mention of the village Ciska.

Flag: a rectangle in the ratio 5:8 divided into two horizontal bands: yellow over light-blue, in the proportions 5:1.
The ceremonial flag has a Coat of Arms displayed on yellow band, in the canton of the flag."
