Kamień - rural commune, Chełm County, Lubelskie Voivodship - former name: Turka commune.
The Arms and flag were adopted on April 24, 2003 by the resolution # VI/28/2003.

"Coat of Arms of Kamien Commune is a silver chevronel (lekawica) on the red field.
Below there is a golden, precious stone in the silver frame.

The flag is a rectangle of two horizontal bands: upper - white, lower - red.
Wedged between those two bands is a yellow triangle of which the base rests at the hoist.."
