The Papua New Guinea Defence Force Air Transport Squadron was formed in 1974 and uses a roundel made of yellow kumul bird on green disc bordered with red and black rings. See this archived web page, this page and this image. No fin flash is used even though all planes have a tail insignia of a yellow bird on green stripe (squadron insignia?).
