Symbolism of the flag

After poking around Google, I managed to find the flag of Sunchang County, Chŏllabuk-do (North Jeolla). gives a lot of symbolism of the symbol, but since my Korean is not that good, I will let the text from explain the symbol.
"This symbolizes the image of Sunchang's clean, beautiful natural environment, warmhearted people and historic local culture. It expresses the hope and the meaning of the new millennium in the 21st century. The colors of green, blue, red and white reflect the four beautiful seasons of Sunchang."
I based my drawing off of the design at which mostly is the city symbol on a white background. I am not positive about the exact specifications.
