The flag of the town of Seika is white with mark.

The town emblem was adopted in Oct 1971 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized hiragana せ Se of Seika. It represents the character of the town which values a concord, a peace and a spirit of a friendship.
