City flag

The city emblem was adopted on March 7th 1891 but there is no flag law. A blue flag charged with white city emblem in the center. The flag proportions are 2:3.
The city emblem is stylized kanji 金 KANA in the plum flower used by former lord of Kaga Clan the Maedas used as the family crest.
